Tidio chat has now been added to our website. Tidio allows visitors to to chat directly with us. 
Live chat has now been added to This allows visitors to the site to chat with us in real time whenever we're open. Those enquiring about our services often prefer to chat online than have to take time out to pick up the phone and go through an operator. A visitor to our site will see a chat tab attached to the bottom-right corner of their browser window where they can type in their questions for a quick response. 
This will be particularly important when we launch our E-Learning suite of courses in the near future, particularly with UKATA Asbestos Awareness E-Learning as it allows those undertaking the course to get quick responses to their questions whenever we're open.
